bdta1 Platform Terms and Conditions

1.1 Applicability

By accessing, registering on, or using any service of the bdta1 platform, you agree to comply with all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested not to use the platform.

1.2 Key Definitions

• "Platform" — The bdta1 website, mobile version, and all associated services.
• "Member" — Any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" — The personal user profile created for each member.
• "Wallet" — The internal balance within an account that tracks deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses.
• "Bonus Funds" — Money granted under a promotion, withdrawable after specific conditions are met.
• "Wager" — The amount deducted from the wallet to participate in a game or betting event.

1.3 Enforceability of Terms

These Terms are written in Bengali and must be read alongside bdta1's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and the specific rules of each game. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall take precedence.

2.1 Age Limit & Legal Eligibility

To register and participate on bdta1, you must be at least 21 years of age. Only persons aged 21 or older may open an account on this platform. If a minor opens or uses an account, their account will be immediately cancelled and any winnings or balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual, family, or household may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be suspended and funds will be subject to review. This policy is necessary to prevent misuse of bdta1's bonus policy.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information at Registration

You must provide truthful and complete information when opening an account. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in account cancellation as well as suspension of withdrawals. The name on the payment account must match the name registered on the bdta1 account.

2.4 Prohibited Persons

The following persons may not register on bdta1:

• Persons under 21 years of age.
• Persons enrolled in a self-exclusion or cooling-off program.
• Employees directly or indirectly associated with bdta1, or their immediate family members.
• Persons whose previous accounts were closed due to violations of the rules.

3.1 Confidentiality of Login Details

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur on your account, including any unauthorised access by a third party. If you notice suspicious activity on your account, notify bdta1's support team immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdta1 reserves the right to verify national ID cards, passports, or other documents at any time. Withdrawal requests may remain on hold until the verification process is complete. This process is required for financial security and fraud prevention.

3.3 Suspicious Activity

If bdta1 detects unusual or suspicious activity on an account, the account may be temporarily suspended for necessary investigation. In such cases, the member may be required to provide relevant information to assist the process.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

The following methods are available for transactions on the bdta1 platform:

• Nagad — Mobile Banking
• Rocket — Mobile Banking
• Bank Transfer — Via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or other listed banks

bdta1 does not accept claims of transactions made through any method other than those listed above.

4.2 Minimum Limits

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (per method)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. This time may increase in cases involving identity verification or other security reviews.

4.4 Account Name Consistency

The name on the payment account used for deposits and withdrawals must match the name registered on the bdta1 account. If a name mismatch is found, the transaction may be returned.

4.5 Transaction Currency

All transactions on bdta1 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits or withdrawals in foreign currencies are not supported.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳6,000 or more still caps the bonus at ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after meeting the wagering requirements are withdrawable.
• Bonus wagers placed on certain games may contribute to wagering calculations at different rates — the rate will be stated on the relevant promotion's detail page.
• bdta1 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if evidence of misuse or fraud is found.
• Unused bonuses will be automatically removed when the offer expires.

5.4 VIP Program

bdta1 has three VIP tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher tier is based on regular activity and account standing. VIP cashback has its own wagering requirements.

6.1 Permitted Use

Members may lawfully play games, participate in betting, and enjoy all available services on bdta1 — provided that doing so is consistent with these Terms.

6.2 Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:

1. Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's identity.
2. Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms or engaging in bonus hunting.
3. Attempting to hack, crack, or unauthorisedly modify the platform's software.
4. Using automated bots or AI tools to gain an unfair advantage.
5. Introducing funds from suspicious sources into the platform.
6. Playing in collusion or match-fixing arrangements with other members.
7. Selling, renting, or transferring an account to a third party.

6.3 Consequences of Violations

If a member engages in any of the prohibited activities listed above, bdta1 may suspend or permanently close the account without notice, withhold funds, and take legal action where applicable.

7.1 Our Commitment

bdta1 believes that gaming is an entertainment activity — not a source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly and to set their own limits.

7.2 Self-Control Features

Members may use the following features if they wish:

• Setting deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly).
• Temporary self-exclusion or cooling-off.
• Permanent self-exclusion, which cannot be reversed.

8.1 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdta1 platform — logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is protected under bdta1's intellectual property rights. Members may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes. Reproducing, distributing, or modifying any content without prior written permission from bdta1 is prohibited.

8.2 Third-Party Software

The games available on the platform use software from various providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and Ezugi. The rules and outcome-determination systems of each game are operated under the respective provider's control.

9.1 Liability for Technical Issues

If a game or bet is interrupted mid-way due to a server outage, internet connectivity issue, or other technical fault, bdta1 will make reasonable efforts to provide a resolution. However, issues arising from a member's own internet connection are entirely the member's responsibility.

9.2 Service Continuity

bdta1 reserves the right to temporarily suspend service without notice for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency situations. In such cases, the funds of any valid bets already in progress will be kept secure.

10.1 Changes to Terms and Conditions

bdta1 reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via their account or through their contact details. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

10.2 Account Closure

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. bdta1 reserves the right to close an account in cases of rule violations, failed verification, or in the interest of platform security. Members will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid funds before account closure, unless a fraud investigation is ongoing.

11.1 Complaint Submission Process

For any dispute or complaint, please contact bdta1's support team in the first instance. We aim to resolve all issues directly at the initial stage. When submitting a complaint, please provide your account ID, transaction ID, and a detailed description of the issue.

11.2 Final Decision

In cases of technical errors or disputed game outcomes, game logs and server data will be considered as primary evidence. In all disputes, the decision of bdta1's management authority will be considered final.
